From time to time our support team may ask you to turn on logging for Matrix Clone as a means to help troubleshoot an issue you have encountered. This will help gather the necessary data for our team to investigate and hopefully fix any issue you're experiencing.
To enable issue logging:
- Menu Bar > Settings > Collect Logs
- Tap "TURN ON"
- Tap "YES" and navigate back to the home page
- Open the impacted apps and reproduce the issue
- Return to the home page
- Menu Bar > Settings > Collect Logs
- Tap "TURN OFF &UPLOAD LOGS"
Once logging has been turned on, return to the main Matrix Clone home screen. Launch the app you are having trouble with and let it go through its normal process to reproduce the issue. When you're done, repeat the steps to turn off logging and send your logs to us for troubleshooting!
After following all the steps and sending us your logs, make sure to reply to support and let them know so we can get started right away.
